a Marple moment

According to the weather forecast: more rain, more cold weather. Bah, April. Bah.

I have been being nostalgic and reading a concentrated dose of Miss Marple short stories. That did cheer me up. Sometimes one just wants a fictional world where everything is sorted out and resolved and where at least some people get happy endings. (Well, not the murderers, mostly.)

Up to chapter 7 on my revisions on the Library story. We progress. We must progress faster.

I am sure she of all people would be horrified by the suggestion.

(Though if you're thinking of the pastiche of her in a certain Doctor Who expanded universe novel by Dave Stone... Ship Of Fools, if I remember correctly.)
