passing Rivers of London thought
Aug. 9th, 2012 12:32 pmGiven that the Serpentine takes its water from the Thames, I wonder if it is linked to one of Mama Thames' daughters? Or if it will be inhabited by for a future one?
I suppose it's not strictly a river, but . . .

Though (googles some moar) Westbourne's still around. I can see sibling rivalries coming into this if Mama introduces a younger daughter into what used to be *my* lake. "It is of similar size to the Fleet." This cannot end well.

I can imagine that the Serpentine might be an issue between Olympia and her mother in the future, though...
