Jul. 1st, 2004 02:06 amWhat was I going to say? Oh, yes. The Hong Kong manwha that's written (though not illustrated) by Louis Sha is noticeably better in terms of story and character than the stuff written by Tony Wong or Andy Seto, who both started as illustrators before becoming writers as well. Not that their stuff is bad, it's just not as good as Louis Sha's stuff. (I have the first volume of his novel, The Deer and the Cauldron -- must get the other two in the trilogy sometime.)
