Really a rather good day.

Post this morning contained (a) Stikfa present, most cool, (b) receipt from moving company to confirm times/dates for move. Excellent.

Appointment at opticians; my eyes are very slightly worse since the last check, but not enough to make it necessary to change my glasses or contact lenses. Better and better. Renewed contact lens insurance, just in case.

Took more games into rpg shop. Felt very virtuous.

Did some shopping for household utensils. Got set of saucepans (stainless steel, copper-bottomed, four saucepans plus frying pan, metal lids) which I'm rather pleased with. Also got set of cork mats for table, measuring jug, sieves, vacuvin wine-bottle-sealer, and sieves. Then staggered home with it all. We progress.

Then watched Onmyouji II with my mother over pizza and wine. We are very slack sometimes.
