The train journey went beautifully smoothly and was pleasantly cool; the demonstration went very well. Excellent day. Tiring, but excellent. Also, got payslip today, and adjustments to pay under the process in the NHS called "Agenda for Change" have finally come through and are not unwelcome.
(Must now endeavour not to go mad with power/cash. It isn't that much. Discovery of Indie Press Revolution website an unfortunate coincidence.)
Was rereading some of Carey's Kushiel series earlier. Melisanthe/Phedre are such a seme/uke pair. Not that there's anything at all wrong with this.
Up to approx 30K/34K on current assignment. Have yet to do editing pass, though.
