good, on the whole

Quite a useful day today: got a number of required and necessary things done, though still have to write up minutes from meeting.

My parents are coming up to Leeds tomorrow, so I will be meeting up with them late afternoon/early evening. And then going with them to the Knitting & Stitching Show on Saturday. (Though my father may possibly slope off to do other things in Harrogate. As yet undecided.)

This should be good. :)

I've also just finished a quilt top for a quilt that's going to be a Christmas present for my aunt, so I'm feeling very satisfied/accomplished.

there is no cure for curiosity

After a rather busy day, my parents got here safely, and we had a nice supper together.

However, I am now extremely tired. In fact, I was so tired that after supper, while we were sitting around in their hotel room, I dozed off while they were drinking coffee. (Perhaps I should have asked for some coffee too: but there were only two mugs, and I didn't want one of them to give up their mug so that I could have coffee in it.)

Anyhow. Must get to sleep at a reasonable hour tonight. Harrogate tomorrow.
