oh yes, *that* was why

Due to several people being absent from work (holidays, pregnancy, illness, etc) it's all hands to the pump, and everyone is assisting with incoming helpdesk queries.

I am now being reminded why I was pleased to move off helpdesk queries and over to cross-mapping.

Ah well, all things are temporary. The knell of the bell at the temple of Gion echoes the impermanence of all things, including being assigned to helpdesk queries.
