I would add a joke about finally having somewhere to store all my yarn and fabric, and from there make another joke about whoever it was that knitted the fourth Doctor's scarf (the Tom Baker incarnation), but I vaguely remember that in canon he claimed it was knitted by Madame Nostradamus. The Fourth Doctor is one of the incarnations who one can imagine hanging out with Nostradamus, and probably having a glass of wine together and suggesting some changes to his prophecies.
Some of the Doctor's incarnations have been perfectly capable of being friendly and pleasant to other people and getting on with them. Others admittedly are less so... which leads me to suspect I'd rather hang out with the earlier ones.
