It is rather incriminating, yes.

(And on a side-note, bear in mind that at this point Urahara doesn't know what Aizen's shikai is: Aizen gave the explanation to Shinji before Urahara turned up, and Shinji has not been in a particularly coherent state since. It's conceivable that Shinji has told Urahara since then at some point in the intervening century, but at this point . . .)
