Just finished reading chapter 100 of Fullmetal Alchemist on http://www.onemanga.com.

. . . after last month's chapter, I really wanted to know what was coming next. Now I need even more badly to know what's coming next.

Also, arrgh.

*gibbers at you* Yes, someone else is likewise tormented! (sorry) Now I really wish I had waited even longer for even more of the arc to finish before picking it up again, though if that had happened I might have spent 24 hours doing nothing but reading and reading.

Though I can totally see why Mustang hit #2 there in the polls. And it's very much a argh, yes, I want him to be at the ultimate boss battle, but not at that kind of price.

Unfortunately, I see him as the sort of person who will act to resolve the current crisis and hope to find a way round things later . . .

To my horror I realise I think him perfect the way he is. I still want him around to take over the government (and institute mini-skirts) and it's rather hard to do that if you're rehabiliting automail arms or legs. And hopefully not that silver tongue of his.

Very true.

One reason this is horribly suspenseful is that unlike other mangaka we know (*cough*Kubo*cough*), Arakawa doesn't treat serious and possibly mortal injuries as an "ouchie."
