incandescensYou know how it is when you've got a particular bit of music in the back of your head? I should probably try to stop humming it around the office, though. Kind and tolerant as my coworkers are, there is only so much that can be tolerated in the line of humming minor thirds and "run to the rock, rock won't you hide me?" while checking spreadsheets and making coffee.
And the weather was lovely today. Beautifully sunny yet not too hot. Except for a sudden burst of rain just now at around nine o'clock this evening, but since I was safely inside and merely heard it pounding on the pavement, that was more of an academic observation than a real concern.

We had an enormous crack of thunder outside, with lots of sun, and when we went to look outside... Tall clouds off to the northeastish, and at other points, but not a smidge of rain! Talk about a Thundercloud.
