incandescens | an excellent but exhausting day

Made it out of bed and to the railway station on time (I had a pre-booked ticket on the 7.05 am train - yes, yes, I know, but I wanted to get to London at a reasonable hour) and after a nice nap on the train, got to London, and spent most of the day very happily at the Knitting & Stitching Show. While I did cough and sniff a bit, I consider myself mostly recovered, as by this point in the evening I am not noticeably more tired than I would normally be after spending all day in London at a craft show and shopping.

Wait, that might not have come out quite right.

Had a lovely day, anyhow. Spent too much (par for the course) but it was excellent retail therapy.

Less than a fortnight till holiday and America!
