Here safely with archangelbeth, being reminded that on American keyboards the @ and the " are the other way round, and having a lovely and rather lazy time. Seriously, not doing much. Working on book 2 edits, sleeping in, going shopping, sitting around watching DVDs, eating...

I would feel guilty, but it's very very relaxing.

Guilty? On vacation? When you're still working? The Puritan ethic has you by the short and curlies indeed.

Must remember that about English keyboards. The @ was used for internet addresses precisely because no one ever uses shift-2 for anything.

It's not so much the Puritan ethic as the deadlines, alas.

My fingers are far too used to shift-2. I keep on mistyping and having to retype.
