grey skies, strategy sessions

Oh joy, two-hour strategy session question thing tomorrow morning, compulsory for all staff. Must get in earlier than usual in order to caffeinate myself suitably beforehand.

The weather is being wet but not too bad - for the moment, at least. None of those huge snowstorms which are apparently sweeping parts of the US. For which I should be grateful, even if grey skies and drizzle are dull and depressing. I'm sure I'd dislike being really cold a great deal more. And will dislike it, once we get further into winter.

Somewhat ameliorated by a coworker coming along and being able to exchange meaningful glances with her, but even so...

Peter does admirably manage to convey the number of ulcers he's giving Nightingale, yes.
