After spending a while today staring at SNOMED CT concepts involving transport accidents, I have come to the conclusion that some of them were assembled by having a computer put together lists of "(point a) + (point b) + (point c)" and running with that.

... though frankly, envisaging a non-traffic accident involving (a) a tram, and (b) an animal-drawn vehicle or animal-rider, in which (c) a motorcyclist was injured, starts invoking images from James Bond movies of the vehicular pileups left after Bond's driven through in the current chase scene.
