incandescensReally, really tired today, and not quite sure what to blame for it. Possibly yesterday's walk. Possibly the changing weather. Possibly some slight intemperance in staying up late.
So, tomorrow morning, up for the 6.35 am train to London. (Need I say that there is no way on God's earth that I intend to spend that trip awake? So very convenient that London's a direct trip from Southampton and at the end of the line.) From there to Cambridge, and from there to a weekend playing Amber with friends. We shall see how things go. Hope I've printed out all the character sheets that I was sent. In the Chaos game, two characters seem to have declared themselves to be independently pacifistic offshoots of House Hendrake. Some inter-player negotiation may be called for.
It'll be fun.
