new radiator smell
Dec. 19th, 2005 01:12 amFeeling amazingly virtuous; sorted out multiple presents and got myself some Christmas music and ran the new radiator for a couple of hours at max power with the window open as suggested by the documentation. Indeed there was "new radiator smell". Seems to be all gone now, though, and it was producing plenty of heat.
Also won auctions for some Perplexcity cards on ebay, which will hopefully arrive before Christmas. I think I'll take them home and see if the family wants to try and solve some.

All Creatures Crazed and Feral
A LARP for 8-12 people; and it will last three hours.
A country vet's life is never easy. Mrs Pumphrey's cat is scared to leave the house. Farmer Alderson's cows have been attacked by an enormous wild animal. And when the wind blows over the moonlit moors, you hear howling. And the howling is getting closer...
This LARP is a crossover between All Creatures Great And Small and An American Werewolf in London. It may contain scenes of horror, either when a werewolf rips someone apart or when a cow gives birth.
