so much for divide and conquer

I am very, very grateful that it is the weekend. That week seems to have lasted longer than just four days.

And now the country's biggest teaching unions have rejected the government's final pay offers, as well as Unite (the health service union). So much for the government trying to claim that only Unite was causing any trouble and that everyone else was cheerfully signing up to their offers.
