I get no kick from meetings

It's nice to be complimented at work for driving the team meeting on with the equivalent of a whip and barbed spurs. Good to feel that one's work is appreciated.

Still, chairing a team QA meeting for two and a half hours is bound to have some biteback. And I hate to think how long it would have gone on if I hadn't been keeping people on track.

That American snowstorm's even made it onto the BBC news. I hope any of my friends near it in America are all right.
