shounen binges

(I was going to title this shounen bingeing, but it looks inelegant.)

So, over lunch, read Bleach vol 6. Mmm. On train into work, read Flame of Recca vol 17. Yesterday, read GetBackers vol 6, Hoshin Engi vol 17, and One Piece vols 2, 5, and 6 (catching up on back tankoubons.)

(All in French, before anyone asks me where to find them.)

Yes, sometimes one really just wants a good thorough heroic shounen binge.

Very little elegant about much shounen manga ^^ Not to boast, but just to tickle you with how much is left, volume 34 of One Piece just came out here. I must say that I'm pleased with how it's not gone downhill in all this time. Enjoy your various heroes!

Mmm. Good to know I have that much good manga to look forward to, annoying that I can't get my hands on it RIGHT THIS MINUTE as my instant-gratification circuits are thwarted. Ah, inner two-year-olds -- where would we be without them?
