I'm listening to Mylene Farmer. Yes, still obsessed. It's been less than a week since I got the new CDs, after all, and I still need to work out exactly what it is that speaks to me in them so precisely.

Current obsessions: Gensomaden Saiyuki, Rurouni Kenshin, and God forbid the two series ever clash.

Current writing: several bits and pieces. Proto-novel, Victorian horror stuff, Hearts/Swords/Flowers edits when they get here . . . good heavens, where do I have _time_ to write this thing?

I must be mad. (Fools! They called me mad! I, who have discovered the secret of life . . .)

"My name is Fah Lo Suee. I believe you may be acquainted with my father, the venerable Dr Fu Manchu." Classic stuff.

I hope Jo's having a good holiday. I suspect she'll be needing it, given the Dragons on the horizons. (And oh, for my dreams of Scales -- some other day, some other time.)

This journal is probably going to be a succession of babbles. If they amuse others, so much the better. Tant que mieux. If not, eh bien. Allow me to give a Sanzo-style glare and whack you with a paper fan.

I wonder if one could, theoretically, cosplay as Kanzeon Bosatsu?
