And it's one for the morning glory,
Two for the early dew,
Three for a man who will stand his ground,
And four for the love of you.

I feel the need to reread this one again. (One for the Morning Glory, by John Barnes.)

After I finish (a) Nobilis, and (b) my collected MR James, I guess. Oh, and maybe Freedom And Necessity by Bull and Brust. And . . .

(they found her buried under a pile of books)

Oooooh. MR James. I have a book of his stories around here somewhere. I recall devouring them. Which do you have?

hi!

Just realized who you actually are, and I'm as pleased as Cera that you're here.

I've got One for the Morning Glory on my reading pile, too (though it's one I've never read before), mostly because it's borrowed and I'm moving in a couple of months and should really really return all borrowed things before I pack stuff up. But there's library books to go through (Daughter of Venice, by Donna Jo Napoli, who I adore, and the third Princess Diaries book (addictive mind-candy train-wreck stuff)) and several other borrowed books, and another, er, 35 episodes of Highlander. ^_^;; Nothing like enough time!

Y'know, I've still got Heresy cards to send you--do you still need/want them

In an effort to ship stuff out if it's going, before I move, this is what I've got:

World Tree
Grift
Warden of the Elements
Thread
Bordeaux-Barcelona Sprawl
Book of the Angel Raziel

And, uh, what're your favorite anime series these days (apart from Saiyuki)? I figure if I'm sending a package, I might as well make it interesting. ^_~

Ha! I'm glad you still need some of the cards, that's all cool. But I wouldn't have the first idea of where to look for cheap anime these days, I'm afraid--I'm not buying much at all with the whole move thing coming up, and what I do get is just discounted because it's an Amazon preorder. But I'll poke around and see if I can turn something up, and will send the cards, at the very least!

^_^

I haven't seen any Saiyuki, but it's one of those things I'm quite curious about, and will have to check out at some point. I like the art, I know that much already!

I've been meaning to reread both One for the Morning Glory and Freedom and Necessity, but first must finish with Kate Ross.
