small felt fuzzy things
Apr. 20th, 2011 01:32 amSmall felt fuzzy toys are popular. I have just been doing a little turtle, and have a request for an orang-outang. (From what I can see, it's going to end up looking like a monkey, but with longer arms/legs and no tail. Given it'll be about two to three inches high, I think it can survive the lack of artistic vision.)
Alas, I did not win any big baskets of chocolate in the recent raffle. But one of our team who did win a tin of Quality Street shared it with the rest of us. Very team-building, I thought.
Easter approaches. The end of Lent. I will finally be able to eat crisps again. The salt taunts me, it does.
---
What is the Vake?
They say it's not a monster at all. It's a man who dresses up as a bat. To, ah, prowl the city by night. But that would just be stupid.
