be careful around buses

incandescensToday, a friend at work passed on an assortment of fabric from a friend of hers who works at a menswear firm. Lots of cotton shirting material. In interesting shades and patterns. And braids. And cotton knit. I am a happy hoarder. I will shortly be a happy sewer.
(Will this stop me from buying more fabric in the near future? I doubt it.)
Someone from a different (but collaborating) team expressed concern at a meeting today that my team (cross-mapping) was understaffed (yes, I know) and that this might be an issue if I were to get ill or something. He's a nice guy and meant it in a generous way, and I was touched. I also feel that my team (cross-mapping) is understaffed and get worried about what would happen if I was run over by a bus. I'd better be careful around buses.
