tangential items
Feb. 9th, 2014 03:51 amI admit it. That freestyle snowboarding new event in the Winter Olympics was quite fun to watch. Not to mention looking horrendously dangerous or even suicidal. I can't believe some of those jumps.
Tangent. For some reason I am thinking about Edmund Crispin. I first read his work at boarding school, in one of those "hunting through the library for anything interesting" moments, and the first book of his that I read was The Moving Toyshop. And then I found out that my parents had some of his books, and I read those. And now I see they're out in Kindle too. I admit I would be more urgently interested in getting them if I didn't already have the full run on my bookshelf.

And frequent hearses shall besiege your gates.
