blackbirds flying in a green light
May. 28th, 2014 01:36 amI would have got more done this evening if I hadn't acquired a copy of the new Jim Butcher, Skin Game. (Bought from local bookshop rather than amazon/kindle.) Ah well.
Spent a fair amount of the day trying to sort out problems, and then trying to sort out the problems created by sorting out the first problems. Some days are like that.
Hm. Must sort out tickets for work World Cup sweepstake. Must check dates for Great Yorkshire Show. Should probably pre-buy a souvenir mug or something for the Tour de France which is coming through this way, as I am certainly not going to get up early to crowd with the bystanders and try to watch a mob of cyclists zoom past. (Yes, lazy.)
