incandescensHad a fairly busy afternoon; picked up tickets, ordered American dollars, did shopping in various places (enlivened by discovering that the new Pratchett, Monstrous Regiment, was already out, which made waiting in numerous queues far less annoying), and managed to get almost all of what I wanted. Whee.
Spent most of the early evening reading Monstrous Regiment, which my mother quite understood. Mmm. One of Pratchett's angrier books, but none the less good for that.
I'm trying not to count the days till holiday. It's working about as well as such things usually work.
