halfway through the week

We went out to have our souls stolen have a group photo taken this afternoon. Fortunately the sun was shining - well, mostly shining - and there wasn't too much wind, so we all managed relative smiles while trying to shuffle to the rear of the group. Afterwards, there was a general lassitude as if we'd all had our souls stolen.

Training session tomorrow morning, and repeated on Friday. With us giving the training, that is. Fingers crossed it goes smoothly: we're using some new material in it.

But there is the weekend to look forward to.

*snickers* I'm using that expression next time I have to take or be in a photo. (That would explain why a lot of my old school pictures look like crap, heh heh.)

Possibly it's only work photos that do it? Con photos all seem to be of happy people having a happy time.

True. And in con photos people are actually pressing forward, rather than inching backwards.
