here and gone

Now back and sitting in front of my regular computer, freshly scrubbed. The flat has several new piles of Stuff That Needs To Be Put Away (ie, yarn, books, fabric) and is scented with the aroma of just-washed laundry, currently drying off on the zigger-zagger. (Does anyone else call it that? It's a family nickname, and I should probably call it a clotheshorse or something. But it's how I always think of it.)

Must be up bright and early (gah) tomorrow morning, to pick up a parcel from the post office before going into work.

Holiday? What was that?

(It was very enjoyable, that was what it was.)
