Negative side: there is some annoying server hum on the floor where we've been based.

Positive side: it's not at our end of the floor, thank goodness, and one can mostly ignore it.

But to be honest, we're busy enough that I have other things to think about. I also hope that the tiredness-of-being-newly-back-at-work ebbs soon. It's being annoying.

We are, but to be honest I need to talk to other people at nearby desks quite often, so headphones might not be that useful. Ah well, I'm sure we'll get used to it.
