anticipation is the thief of time
May. 30th, 2003 02:10 amAll the teriyaki got eaten. (And almost all the rice.) Best compliment I could get. (It matters particularly because I think this is the first time that my aunt's tried Japanese food -- well, not counting the sushi I made on Tuesday -- and I'd hate to think that I'd put her off all Japanese food for life by giving her a bad example of it now.)
Tomorrow. (Rubs hands together.) After work, will put on jeans, go and eat pizza with friends, go and watch Matrix Reloaded with friends. The day had better be interesting and full of work; it'll be annoying if I have to slog at boring stuff while waiting for that.
I mean, anticipation is a bad, bad thing. Look how much I'm anticipating the latest installments in Saiyuki and Gaiden. Bad, bad, bad thing. The Four Noble Truths are far too true. Darn it.
