Not too bad a day; ended up offering to do more things in meetings than I'd actually planned to, but can probably cope with it. A couple of coworkers who won't be around tomorrow gave me a bottle of wine (and a card) as an early birthday present, which was really nice of them.
Staggered to the supermarket after work. Among other necessities, bought several boxes of donuts for work tomorrow. If it rains on the way into work, I am going to be severely annoyed.
A couple of mysterious packages have turned up in the post, which will brighten up tomorrow morning a great deal. Must try to be fully awake to appreciate them, rather than the usual state of staggering zombie.
