where I've been

My computer's motherboard seems to have gone to that happy place where good motherboards go. It is kaput. It is an ex-motherboard. And it managed to do so on Saturday night.

Sunday = Exercise in cold turkey.

Hopefully things will be sorted sometime tomorrow (Tuesday) as I have someone coming round to fit a new one, and I very much hope that I will not have lost anything significant. Well, preferably not anything at all, but I'll take what I can get.

In the meantime, apologies to anyone whom my absence has inconvenienced, and believe me, this hurts me far more than it does you.
