checking the week ahead

Dentist on Thursday. Checkup. Hygienist too. While I don't have any concrete reasons to feel unhappy, I defy anyone to go to the dentist in an optimistic way.

I'm not depressed. Perhaps a little melancholy, though not in a bad way. It's the weather, I think. That, and the oncoming dentist.
