Gave myself a little treat today while doing the shopping - there's a stall in the market which from time to time has some Liberty's Tana Lawn on it at a very reasonable price, and I allowed myself a few metres of it for later use. (I'm not sure how they get hold of Tana Lawn for sale - it's probably patterns which are "out of date" and no longer for sale in the main store. In any case, I'm not going to say no to it.)

And then the heavens opened as I walked home, and I got wet.

Lush has their new autumn/Christmas stock in, and I've spotted at least three flavours of shower gel which I want to get. However, it was the first day they had them in, and as a result the queues were halfway round the shop, and I was assured by a couple of the assistants that earlier in the day the queues had been entirely round the shop. So I decided to make my purchases later. They're probably not going to sell out overnight. One hopes.
