6.30pm -- manage to get through to Customer Services, explain situation. They say that they'll reactivate my account, it should be up in half an hour, contact tech support if it isn't.
7.15pm -- lose patience and phone tech support.
Sit with phone at ear for a while.
Eventually, tech support tells me that my account hasn't been reactivated yet. Put me on line for Customer Services.
8pm -- Customer Services shuts down for the night.
Something to do tomorrow, clearly.
Otherwise quite a good day. Spent too much of team procedural meeting drawing up lists in corners of notes.
Will not have this opportunity tomorrow, as am due to take minutes for monthly Coding QA meeting. Sigh.
Preparing lists of books/comics/cards/etc to keep/part with/replace with graphic novel collections/donate to local rpg shop/etc.
This is frustrating. I had better be able to get on tomorrow evening.
