and welcomes little fishes in
Oct. 21st, 2002 11:42 pmSpent the day relaxing, doing nothing much, except for certain household chores. (The ironing comes later. Expect an entry full of bitter existential angst for that day.) Had an astonishing attack of tiredness at around 2-3pm, and took to bed to sleep it off.
Strange. I made all those preparations for jetlag, and when it hit I was surprised and didn't expect it. I will be grateful that I had made said preparations, I guess.
Work tomorrow. Work downstairs with data analysis team. Work on Wednesday upstairs with coding team. Upstairs team will frankly be more fun to talk to. Especially Scilla, who will understand when I babble about yukata and haori.
I'm wearing my new haori now, and have not yet got over the sheer pleasure and luxury of thick black expensive silk. (Need to remember that for use somewhere.)
My mother likes it greatly. I look forward to her birthday on November 14th. :)

Date: 2002-10-22 06:53 am (UTC)Yukata? Haori? Oh the joy of traditional Japanese attire. My mother was quite taken with summer kimonos once. We have a small closet-full of them. ^^;; As for haori... they look beautiful, but the dry cleaning must be expensive. o.O
P/s: Added you to my Friend's list. I hope you don't mind.

Date: 2002-10-22 12:54 pm (UTC)The haori is gorgeous. I'll cope with the drycleaning bill when it comes. ;)
No objection to the adding -- and how can I look askance at another Angel Sanctuary reader?
