On Day Four, garrison gossip theorised very quietly indeed about Marshal Tenpou.

On Day Five, garrison gossip bore witness to said lovechild being disowned for perpetuity due to draining the General's private alcohol stocks.

On Day Six, garrison gossip published the collected scrolls, complete with ink paintings and realistic tinting.

I was very tired last night- is why I slept into 11 this morning- and could only wonder who Garrison Gossip was. Mental image was a New Yorker columnist in a 40's type wide lapel suit and pork pie hat. Now that I'm awake-- yes. the collected scrolls, complete with ink paintings and realistic tinting.: because life in Heaven is so dull you must pass the time /somehow/.

(Dreamed you invited me over for a session of GO RP after work, which naturally meant buying an airplane ticket and the longeurs of the airport and uhh isn't it a seven hour flight how'll I get there in time? By stepping through a door from work and pretending to be very surprised: Oh look! I'm Here! Your apartment rambled over the length of a very green hillside, with long corridors and about eight bedrooms and a couple of storeys at the back and both a gas range and an electric one, several feet apart in the same sunny corridor. 'You could have a bunch of roommates and never know they were here.' 'Yes,' you said smiling, 'it's very convenient.'

I can't help suspecting that gossip in Heaven moves even faster than the Seiten Taisei.

(What a lovely dream. I only wish I had an apartment that good -- put it down on the If Ever I Win The Pools, though for that I'd have to start playing them, I guess. If only.)
