incandescensFriend has gone and is presumably safely back home. It was a nice quiet weekend. Various bits of crafting got done, and I finished a trial block of patchwork. It went well enough that I have the urge to try more. We'll see how long the enthusiasm lasts. (And I will resist the urge to immediately draft out something very complicated and get lots of fabric on the strength of one twelve-inch block.)
Monday morning tomorrow. Why can the week not be shorter? Oh well, it's the May bank holiday on Monday after that, which means a three day weekend: something to look forward to.
