a culture of anticipation
Mar. 31st, 2011 12:47 amEveryone at work seems to be coughing or sneezing -- or at least you'd think so, from the noise level. I'm not sure whether to blame it on general colds and flu and sore throats, or incipient hayfever. Probably a combination of both.
Work continues busy. This is much as expected.
Have viewed the new Doctor Who trailer, and now wish very much that the new season was about to start Right Now. This weekend would have been good.
---
A Farewell to Ho Yung on His Leaving Min Valley for the Capital
Where life and death try friendships, here
I made a friend -- beyond belief --
Whom petty duties shuttle back
And forth like swallows to my grief.
From hence Han River beds due north,
While the Tor stays in southern loam.
When flowers at Five Tombs fill your eyes,
Send tidings of the spring at home.
