The year is zipping by way too fast. We're in mid-June already! Where's it all going?!

On a much more interesting note, Danger Mouse is reportedly coming back to television. I can only hope it's done well. (All together now: he's terrific, he's magnific, he's the greatest secret agent in the world...)

Wow, that's a blast from the past! My daughter and I used to watch DM together, and both enjoyed it tremendously - but it was SO long ago, I can just barely remember it. Am I mis-remembering, or wasn't there a certain amount of double entendre, somewhat naughty, dialogue and jokes slipped in for the adult viewers to enjoy? (And I definitely remember being a big fan of Penfold.)

If they do a decent job of it, I hope it gets aired over here, or at least streamed somewhere on the intrawebz. I know my daughter would enjoy seeing it, as would I.

(And yes, I agree, this year is going by entirely too fast. Each year seems to go by more rapidly than its predecessor, which concerns me a bit. I mean, how short could the years get, if the trend continued and one lived long enough?! Do you start going backward? o_O )

I think there was a fair amount of adult-level humour, yes, even if I didn't get it myself at the time. Fingers crossed that if it does happen, they do a good job of it.

Well, there's yet to be any real information on what they'll do with it. Remakes of other things have been surprisingly good.
