One of those days that has me running around doing a lot of bitty things or meetings, or emergencies, and then feeling at the end of the day that nothing has been done.

(Probably it has, but it doesn't feel that way.)

Exhausted, too.

Dunno if it'll help you, but sometimes I list everything I actually did at the end of a day (the genesis of a lot of old journal posts for me) and it made me feel better...
