Cross-mapping packages all safely reinstalled on my computer now at work. (Touch wood that saying so doesn't cause them all to fall over and stop working. It is very hard not to have a certain degree of Murphy's Law of Superstition, or whatever one should call it: the principle of "saying that X is absolutely fine will result in X promptly going wrong".)

Holiday is within sight. Must be good and work hard for remainder of week. But then...
