Everyone's drooling over the latest chapter and I'm not sure why! o_o I mean, I can't read it (other than that Grimjaw seems fond of saying "kuso" and "teme" over and over,) so I don't really know what was going on.

Is it the Tousen? Is everyone gleeful over the Tousen?

It's partly the Tousen (who has clearly Completely Flipped), partly the Smooth Aizen Manipulation of Subordinates, partly the reappearance of Gin . . .
