"What's in that box?" Shunsui asked.
Jyuushirou sighed. He was lying flat, a damp towel across his forehead. "Inoue-kun sent some homemade mochi for me to eat while I was ill."
Shunsui approached the box cautiously. He'd heard about Orihime-chan's cooking. "Have you eaten them?"
"One," Jyuushirou said. "But I can't send them back."
"Of course not!" Shunsui agreed.
"And I can't bury them in the garden."
"Why not?"
"They'd spoil the bamboo and poison the koi."
A long silence.
"Tell your Third Seats to make me some tea," Shunsui said, opening the box with an air of grim determination.
